Hi, I’m Tony, and I offer virtual therapy for college students navigating anxiety, identity, and everything in between. College can feel like both a fresh start and a heavy weight—especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are in a world that often expects you to have all the answers. If you’re feeling anxious, uncertain about the future, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone either. In my practice, I work with college students who are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, identity questions, and the pressure to “get it right.” Many of my clients are exploring who they are outside of other people’s expectations—especially around gender, sexuality, culture, and family. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I create a space where all parts of you are welcome and respected. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, untangle what’s going on inside, and connect more deeply with yourself. No performance. No judgment. Just room to breathe and be real. If you’re ready to explore who you are and how you want to show up in the world, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My personal passion is connecting with those who feel like no one really understands them. I can empathize, as several times in my life I have had those very same feelings. My goal is to help and inspire those who feel disconnected and struggling in life. I aspire to help my clients feel satisfaction, comfort, and joy. With years of experience providing therapy for members of the LGBTQ+ community, clients struggling with spirituality, sexuality, or addiction(s); these topics are my passion and where I have been able to help others navigate. I have real-life experiences such as serving in the military, some trauma, and chronic illness and pain. I have over 20 years’ experience with both civilian and government positions in the fields of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Child Advocacy, Chronic Illness and Counseling/Educational program delivery to the community. My focus is to help you through growth, change and resolution. Your journey is as distinctive as you are.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or past trauma, our dedicated team is here to help. We believe in a personalized approach to therapy, using evidence-based techniques to guide you toward healing and meaningful change. No matter where you are on your journey, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Over the last several years I have worked extensively with young adults and adults experiencing Depression and Anxiety. I take a client centered approach through the use of a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy. It is my passion to assist young people and adults with the coping skills to become healthy and high functioning individuals in life. In my spare time, I can be found practicing yoga or hiking outdoors.

My practice exists so that I can help individuals navigate their life journey especially when they are experiencing unexpected difficulties or life transitions. I have many years of experience working in all kinds of settings and would be grateful for the opportunity to work with any student who is experiencing a season of challenges and would be open to receiving help with facing and working through those challenges. I recognize the importance of faith, mindset, nutrition, exercise, and sleep in protecting mental health and look forward being able to connect with students in these areas.

I have over 20 years experience working with young adults navigating life transitions. I have a passion for supporting them through the challenges of adulting. Many of my clients are learning how to balance school, work, friendships, and relationships. This is common and can be more difficult if you have a history of trauma and are trying to learn who you are in this world. I have also worked with many non-traditional students providing support for the challenges of making a mid-life career change. Traditional or non-traditional student, I would love support you in reaching your goals and learning the skills needed to navigate life!
You may feel disconnected from yourself—questioning your worth, your decisions, or your place in relationships. Perhaps your inner dialogue is critical, self-doubt feels persistent, or you find yourself repeating the same unhelpful relationship patterns. As an individual or as a couple, you want more than symptom relief. You want clarity, confidence, and healthier ways of relating—to yourself and to each other. You’re looking for a space to slow down, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and begin showing up differently in your life and relationships. I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to your needs. I believe insight fosters understanding, clarity, and awareness—and once awareness is present, change becomes a choice. Together, we’ll explore the thought patterns and relational dynamics shaping how you see yourself and show up in your relationships. Depending on your goals, we may explore how past experiences affect the present or focus on practical strategies for current challenges. I work with individuals and couples facing self-esteem concerns, identity struggles, unhelpful thinking patterns, relationship stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Despite your best effort you feel weighed down or worried, and you are not making the progress you expected. You need a space where your worries, faith, and cultural experiences are all taken seriously — so you can start moving through life with increased clarity, peace and capacity. Through evidence-based therapy integrated with Christian principles, I help professionals reduce anxiety, recover from burnout, and show up more effectively in work and relationships that matter most. Reaching out takes courage — and it is one of the most supportive and strategic decisions you can make for yourself. You were made for more than surviving. I would be honored to support your journey. As a parent of a medically complex child and a person with my own chronic health conditions, I often see people become weary when navigating the chronic illness journey. Despite being smart, determined, strong, and compassionate, they begin to feel overwhelmed by life. They feel betrayed by their body. They are unsure of what abilities they, or their loved one, will have in the future and what that means for their sense of who they are. They face disappointment, anger, or judgement from friends and family who don’t understand the challenges they are facing. I want those fellow travelers to know: you deserve to find peace even in the midst of difficulty. You deserve to define and redefine who you are. Hope is not out of your reach. If you want to navigate uncertainty without losing yourself in the process, I’d love to help you. You don’t have to continue alone. Contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see how I can help.
Heather loves to help her clients achieve the goals they set for themselves. She works hard to create a warm, relaxing and open minded environment for her clients to work. Heather has experience helping families meet each other where they are and improving the relationships; helping those struggling with addictions and how to work through the process; helping those with stress/depression/grief/school/relationship and work struggles are some examples of the type of clients Heather helps. She can help guide her clients to the goals they set and live the life they want and deserve. Heather understands that life can throw curve balls to all and wants to do what she can to help you from where you are. Heather helps based on what the client or clients are looking for. She will always have a plan for your sessions, but truly wants her clients to have a voice in how they work through whatever issues are at hand. When Heather is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outside, road trips, being on the water somewhere, building her faith and finding a good spot to read a book. Heather cannot wait to help you achieve the goals you have and would love to talk with you further about how she can assist you.
