Welcome! I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, major life transitions, and navigating family conflict. Clients can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental space. We will work together on developing new coping skills, explore ideas for setting and keeping healthy boundaries, and expand on self-care. I tailor my therapeutic approach to what works best for you. I draw from evidence-based treatments, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other mindfulness-based approaches. I have worked with adults of all ages, in private practice, primary care, hospital, and residential settings. I look forward to speaking with you and learning how I can best support you on your journey. You are welcome to contact me for a free screening via phone or video.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are managing high expectations—whether external or internal—that leave them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I offer a space to explore painful emotions, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with your values to build a life that feels grounded and meaningful.
I work with adults dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, & executive dysfunction. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges and build on your strengths. As a queer, autistic/neurodivergent, & disabled therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting people within these communities in a way that is respectful, understanding, and empowering. I recognize the impacts that trauma & systems of inequality can have on mental health, & strive to provide care that is compassionate & inclusive. I show up as my authentic self & work to create a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, & accepted. You are the expert on your own life, & my role is to support you as we explore what you need to heal, grow, & move forward.
I am an LGBTQ+ therapist supporting adults. Whether you are coming to therapy to make a change, make sense of yourself or past experiences, or simply want someone to listen to you, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life, relationships and concerns. Whatever your goals, I will guide you through the process and together we will try to understand any repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour and gain insight into how past experiences have come to shape present-day experiences. I also work full-time as a therapist supporting undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University helping them navigate challenges associated with mental health, academics, and relationships. I believe the single most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I therefore invite you to sit down with me in a relaxed way so we can talk. I can help you make better sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Together we can discover meanings, recognise patterns, and explore options.
I believe that how we interact with others in the present often grew out of lessons learned earlier in life. Sometimes, people use strategies to cope with situations that once made sense but are no longer effective or useful. I also believe that everyone has strengths that can help guide decisions and behaviors in the present. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we become travelers on your journey; we look at concerns, explore their origins and feelings that arise, and discuss how to view and handle situations here and now. I blend developmental and clinical approaches to help individuals understand difficulties within the context of typical stages of life. Treatment is geared to individual needs, and I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations (e.g., Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic therapies). I work with individuals from a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds, and I have a special interest in gender identity and sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+). I have helped clients with concerns including, among several others, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Please visit my website for more information: www.everbreezepsych.com

Hi! What are you struggling with? What challenges are you facing? Do you need more support in your life? Are you looking for someone who can listen to you, create an environment where you can talk about things that are hard in your life, and is able to support you in areas you want to grow and develop in emotionally? I do a lot of work with anxiety, people in larger bodies and body liberation, all kinds of life changes and adjustments, the queer and trans communities, people in higher education, relationship and communication challenges of all kinds including parents, roommates, and intimate partners including ethical non monogamy. I am more than happy to answer questions or to provide more detail, and offer a free thirty minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and if I can be helpful to you. I do not accept insurance. My website has detailed information on why to not work with insurance companies. Many of my clients have agreements with their parents to pay for therapy in order to have the support they need to be able to thrive in a college setting. My current fees for individual therapy is $225 a session. I can provide superbills, which are a way to recoup part or all of what you pay me through your insurance company. I have not had any insurance company refuse to do that for any clients I have worked with so far. Please check out my website for much more information about me and how I work. I look forward to hearing from you!
You don’t have to have the “right words” or everything figured out. In sessions we will work through what’s been feeling hard and work toward understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a supportive way.

Do you feel stuck or alone? Do you find yourself comparing your life to others? Do you desire a better tomorrow? To acknowledge that you are experiencing something that may benefit from professional support is a powerful first step. You may be noticing changes in your mood, behaviors, or personality as a result of the stressors you currently face or have faced. Too often, we attempt to tackle our greatest insecurities or challenges alone. Together in session, you will never feel alone. You will feel respected, heard and supported as we navigate the issues that bring you into treatment. With my collaboration and support, you can develop the skills you need to cope with life's stressors and ultimately achieve lasting psychological growth. For individuals, I specialize in the management and symptom reduction of depressive and anxiety disorders, as well as effective navigation of life transitions, relationship issues and identity formation (i.e. values identification, development of self-esteem, purpose finding/meaning making). I engage clients through a collaborative, integrative approach to foster learning of necessary skills and development of greater insight. Please note my fee for individual therapy is $200/session. For couples, I specialize in the pursuit of client-identified goals through effective communication, conflict resolution, and applicable skill building. I work with all consensual couples, whether they choose to grow, maintain, or end their relationship, regardless of monogamy status, sexuality, and sexual activity preferences. Hi! My name is Alie Wulf and I’m a licensed psychologist who works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and other challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a powerful step toward creating real change—and I'm here to support you in that process. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. In our first few sessions, we'll gently explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, how I can support you, and start setting meaningful goals together. What makes my approach unique is that I don’t just listen—I actively offer tools and strategies from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and ERP, to help you manage symptoms, build insight, and move toward the life you want. At the same time, I follow your lead and prioritize what feels most important to you. I’m deeply passionate about this work. I love hearing people’s stories and feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they grow, heal, and create lasting change.
As a therapist, I take a collaborative approach with patients to relieve distress, improve well-being, and develop new insights. Together, we will identify patterns in living that you want to change, and discover how prior experiences have shaped your emotional life, relationships, and behavior, perhaps in ways that are outside of your awareness. I treat patients who experience anxiety, depression, difficulties in relationships, challenges related to work and career, and stress that is related to life transitions. My approach to therapy is interactive and open-ended, with a focus on helping you to learn about yourself and to find new, more fulfilling ways of living. With all of my patients, I work to build a relationship that holds the potential for you to discover new possibilities for yourself. I seek to have a practice that is diverse with regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, and ability/disability status. The process of therapy includes exploration of all aspects of identity, including how both marginalization and privilege shape experience. This exploration includes processing how identity is experienced in the therapeutic dyad, and understanding how similarities and differences between the patient and therapist shape the therapeutic process. I welcome hearing from you to discuss the possibility of setting up an initial consultation. Together, we can determine if I can meet your needs as a therapist.

For nearly 15 years, I worked as a high school teacher, advisor, dean, and administrator. Working with adolescents was fun, rewarding, and dynamic. As a social worker, I have worked in college settings, residential substance use treatment, and a community mental health clinic. I have significant clinical experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use, and specialize in working with adolescents, college students and emerging adults. I bring a particular appreciation for the stage of life between childhood and full adulthood, an understanding of the pressures of this age range, and a wealth of experience helping people navigate the challenges of growing up. I feel comfortable working with people of all identities and backgrounds. I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults, Jewish and other faith communities, and older adults. I strive to be culturally competent and curious as I learn about another person. I believe everyone needs to be heard and helped regardless of religion, creed, or political beliefs.
