Hi, and welcome! If you’ve realized that something in your life has been tough or that you need some support, you’re in the right place. I know that life’s challenges can be incredible difficult, especially when a history of trauma impacts your ability to cope. In therapy, I see each client as a whole person to understand how your environment affects your well-being. I use a strengths-based and culturally sensitive lens combined with warmth, humor, and directness to build trust, which becomes a foundation to collaboratively navigate challenging or traumatic memories, build coping skills, and make positive changes in your life. I have worked with preteens, adolescents, and adults dealing with complex trauma, PTSD, burnout, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and eating disorders in both outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. I have experience with multiple evidence-based modalities, and use various aspects of these modalities to individualize treatment for each unique person. Trusting someone to join you in your healing process is incredibly courageous, and I am grateful for every opportunity I have to support each client on their journey. I take pride in helping clients feel empowered and in control, both in and out of therapy. If you would like to work together, please send me an email or set up a free phone consultation!

Therapy offers the space for self-reflection, for identifying improved adaptive attitudes, and generally, can aid our personal growth. You are welcome to try out the way I facilitate these processes.

She is currently completing her Doctoral dissertation in the Department of Psychoanalysis, Culture and Society Program at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She strives to create a sensitive, warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, inclusive and respectful space for all of her clients. Sometimes it is difficult and scary to make sense of feelings, learning how to manage them, and being able to find healthy ways to cope while creating and fostering self-awareness. Therapy is a safe space and a confidential grounding process that through time, consistency and working together will allow you to identify and develop a healthy voice to express thoughts and feelings. I strive to help clients understand their emotional conflicts, behavioral repetitions, and their inner-self by empathetically assisting them in working through emotional difficulties and life struggles. Feeling empowered in being proactive about our health and understanding the steps towards change is a powerful and vital process to feel seen and heard.
Contending with life's daily pressures can often make it difficult to feel confident in your ability to thrive - and not just barely survive. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, or other concerns, therapy is a safe space where you can engage your existing coping skills and support systems while also discovering and implementing additional strategies and resources. I genuinely believe we have the resilience necessary to make meaningful, lasting changes in our lives. I employ an integrated, systemic approach to therapy and bring humility and cultural sensitivity to every interaction. I have specific experience and interest in working with pregnant and postpartum clients, and I incorporate important concepts such as coping with life transitions, communication, and boundary-setting in my work with every client. I offer supportive, affirming therapy empowering clients to achieve satisfaction in making the changes they seek. I also bring respect and compassion to the therapeutic alliance; my active and empathic listening helps clients feel validated/understood. My goal is to be your ally as we explore your innate strengths and foster your sense of self-affirmation.
I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist providing psychotherapy and medication management for college students and young adults. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, test anxiety, social anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ students and young adults, as well as those navigating identity development, college adjustment, academic stress, and uncertainty about the future. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by coursework, struggling socially, questioning your direction, or finding it difficult to meet the expectations you've set for yourself, treatment can provide a space to better understand what's getting in the way and develop a healthier path forward. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I integrate psychodynamic psychotherapy with evidence-based medication management when appropriate, taking the time to understand your unique experiences, goals, and values rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you not only reduce symptoms, but also develop greater self-understanding, confidence, and resilience.
My practice is based in Lexington, MA, where I provide both in-person and virtual treatment. I specialize in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, typically meeting more frequently to support deeper work. Therapy begins by reflecting on your experiences, with an effort to understand them rather than judge them. I take a compassionate approach to exploring your problems, your desire for change, and your difficulties in making changes. Through better understanding your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships, it may become possible to make more informed and meaningful choices. I am collaborative and flexible in my approach, looking for ways to work well together. I provide brief consultations for those seeking help thinking through specific challenges, gaining a professional perspective, or developing strategies for change. When people are struggling in their attempts to do things differently, I aim to help figure out what is getting in their way, a process that can take time but often leads to greater clarity. A therapeutic relationship with someone you trust can be an important path toward self-understanding and emotional relief. Because therapy is a deeply personal experience, it's important to find a therapist you feel comfortable working with. I welcome you to contact me if you're curious to see if this might be a good fit.

As a psychologist with a passion for supporting young adults, I’ve had the privilege of working in college mental health settings at institutions like MIT, Tufts, and Boston College. My experience spans all ages, allowing me to connect with people at different life stages. I specialize in LGBTQ psychology and have a strong foundation in women’s and gender issues. I thrive on exploring cultural identities and helping individuals navigate their journeys, whether it’s related to gender and sexuality, race and ethnicity, or the challenges of emerging adulthood. I’m also highly skilled in treating anxiety and depression, and I have specialized training in postpartum mental health. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, viewed through a multicultural lens. I focus on understanding how your unique life experiences and intersecting identities shape your perspective. Together, we’ll create a collaborative relationship that fosters empowerment, builds skills, and promotes lasting change. As a first-generation, bilingual Armenian American woman, I deeply understand how cultural identities influence mental health and experiences of marginalization. I believe this insight is a powerful asset in our work together. Therapy can be a transformative journey, and I’m here to support your growth and healing every step of the way. <script src="https://thrivingcampus.com/verified.js?pid=26568"></script>
Students today face a lot of pressure—academically, socially, and emotionally. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or struggling to stay focused and motivated. Sometimes past experiences or trauma can make everyday stress feel even harder to manage. I offer a supportive space to talk openly, understand what you’re going through, and learn practical tools to cope with stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and supported.
Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 8 years of experience working in various clinical settings with children, adolescents, young adults and adults. I am invested in the power of connection and community, especially for those who have been historically marginalized. Many have been pushed away from connection and community by systems that weren’t built for them. My hope is to empower those whose voices and identities have been stifled, to reclaim space through community, resistance, and activism. My lived experiences as a queer, South Asian, cisgender woman deeply inform my approach to therapy. I believe in holding space for the multiple, intersecting identities and experiences each person carries and honoring the wisdom you already bring into the room. Through a liberation-focused, relational, and trauma-informed approach, I support individuals who are looking to process traumatic experiences, explore gender and sexuality, or navigate their cultural identity and intergenerational trauma. Therapy should be a space where you don’t have to justify who you are and where all aspects of your identity are welcome. This work is hard, and it can be exhausting to be vulnerable. I’m here to walk alongside you and support your process of unlearning, stretching beyond comfort zones, and cultivating new ways of being. I am here to offer curiosity, care, and a space to hold multiple truths. Growth isn’t linear—it’s a daily practice of reflection, connection, and self-compassion. We all deserve spaces that nurture us in this process, and I am honored to co-create that space with you. My integrative approach draws from trauma-informed and relational-cultural modalities, rooted in the understanding that we are shaped by our experiences, culture, ancestors, and the larger social and political systems we inhabit. If you’re looking for a supportive space to explore your identity and experiences, I invite you to reach out. Call or email to schedule a consultation—I look forward to meeting you. *Note: I am currently seeking individuals interested in participating in EMDR sessions as I work towards the completion of EMDR Basic Training. If interested please let me know!

Hello! Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or have been in therapy before, I welcome you here. I would also like to recognize your courage and self-awareness for seeking help. College is a unique time in that lots of changes are happening. Perhaps you are feeling depressed, anxious, stressed, or unsure how to proceed; maybe you’re experiencing big transitions in school, relationships, or your sense of self in the world. In my practice, I use a mixture of talk psychotherapy and expressive therapies to help you address these big changes, to know and release emotions in a variety of ways so that you are able to effectively cope when things get hard. Thank you for considering me a trusted ally in your journey to greater well-being.
