Hello, my name is Corinne Boulger and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working at Monroe therapy. I love working individuals who are going through major life transitions and walking alongside them as they navigate the unknown. I am excited about supporting my clients to live a life in alignment with their authentic self. Sometimes life stressors like depression, anxiety, or difficult relationships can make the path ahead seem daunting. In our work together you don't have to face these things alone.
Welcome—I’m Targol. I support students, young adults, and emerging professionals who are navigating one of life’s most uncertain and transformative chapters. You might feel caught between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming—managing school, work, relationships, family expectations, identity, or just trying to make sense of it all. On the outside, it may look like you’ve got things under control, but inside, you could be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps. If you’ve ever thought, “I should have this figured out by now” or “Why does everyone else seem to have it together but me?”—you’re in good company. Many of my clients share those same thoughts. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can show up just as you are—without pressure or performance—so you can begin to feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive—I show up with curiosity, not judgment, and tailor our work to reflect your unique values, strengths, and needs. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. It can feel like a deep exhale. We’ll figure things out—together.
In our first session together, I also welcome you to my real or virtual office and I invite you to make it your own safe space. I explain that therapy is a process, a relationship, and an adventure. It's also a gift of discovery and renewal that only you can give to yourself, especially in our challenging days. In this process, my role is to listen, to support, to challenge, to guide, and to celebrate you as you are becoming more courageous to face the parts of yourself you were avoiding, more accepting of yourself and of others, and fully present in your life. For over 25 years, I have practiced psychotherapy with people from all walks of life. My approach evolves as your process deepens and your needs change. As an ordained minister, I also have training and formation in spiritual direction and I can help you explore spiritual and faith concerns as part of the therapy process. I believe we are created with a tremendous capacity for good and we are given inner resources to overcome the gravest difficulties. This faith renews my love for my work and my strength as a therapist. I feel the greatest joy when I witness people's healing from emotional pain as they are making peace with the past and with the challenges of the present.
We give young adults a safe space to explore what it means to become a grown, responsible adult. We help identify what’s important to them, visualize a healthy, productive future, and work with them to develop the tools to achieve both their daily goals and their big-picture goals for life. Each person has a unique concept of what a healthy and productive future looks like. We work with our young adult patients to help them discover that for themselves. Young adults having problems getting started in life – the failure to launch syndrome – and college students trying to find their way are ideally suited to benefit from our young adult IOP. The transition from adolescence to adulthood can be intimidating. For a person with a significant mental health disorder, it may feel overwhelming. We get that, one hundred percent. We’re patient, compassionate, and understanding. We help patients who feel lost find themselves. We help patients who feel scared develop the confidence and strength to move forward and face the challenges of life – and adulthood – head-on. We prioritize finding joy in life and creating a daily routine which, over time, creates the foundation for a healthy and productive future.
Hella Good Therapy is a California-based Telehealth psychotherapy practice focused on queering and decolonizing the therapeutic process. My therapeutic style is warm and genuine and I like to use humor when appropriate. I am a big proponent of using therapeutic techniques that have good research evidence demonstrating their effectiveness. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. CBT teaches clients coping skills to manage their emotions and behaviors. It also changes clients' emotions by helping them change their thoughts and behaviors. I provide CBT to address the following presenting problems: depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and difficulties adjusting to major life changes. DBT is an adaption of CBT that was developed to help clients with multiple problems in multiple areas who struggle with chronically dysregulated emotions. These clients may also have suicidal behaviors, self-harm behaviors, impulsive behaviors, difficulties in their interpersonal relationships, and/or Borderline Personality Disorder. I also have specialty training in the DBT Prolonged Exposure protocol for individuals with comorbid Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD. In terms of my education and experience, I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University in 2014. I then participated in my first postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Washington with Dr. Marsha Linehan, the developer of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Afterwards, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship with Dr. Jacqueline Pistorello at the University of Nevada, Reno, focusing on providing clinical services to college students and conducting research on evidence-based treatments for suicidal behaviors. As a faculty member at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, I taught medical students, psychiatry residents, and child psychiatry fellows about psychology, therapeutic techniques, and how to interact with patients. I opened my private practice in 2017 in Reno, Nevada and recently moved to Virginia.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, confused, or anxious, or just hoping to sort things through, talking with someone who is supportive can be very helpful. College years present many new experiences and challenges--intellectually, socially, and emotionally. I've worked with college students in many capacities through the years, as therapist as well as teacher and mentor. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi! I have spent my entire career working with college students - starting initially on a college campus, then to a group practice near UC Davis, and now in my own private practice. I am currently only offering telehealth services and I am licensed in California, Florida, and Ontario Canada. I love supporting young adults and adults during such a pivotal time of life; as they navigate the transition to college, the unique challenges that come with being a college student/young adult, and the healing that can happen when you find a good fit. Whether you have a history of mental health impacting you or it's your first time ever experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, self esteem, relationship challenges (among other things) I strive to provide you with a safe space to feel heard, supported, and understood.
I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions and work related stress/burnout. In addition to private practice, I have worked in school based mental health for many years and enjoy supporting students. I honor the mind-body-spirit connection through the use of talk therapy, EMDR, walk and talk therapy, mindfulness, and spirituality. My approach is warm, authentic and holistic. I see myself as a guide walking alongside you on your journey toward well being. Along the way, we will explore areas where you feel blocked and identify the tools you need to feel confident and empowered. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling supported and empowered.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, Maryland, Washington D.C., and California, as well as a dedicated Reiki healer. I'm currently offering my services exclusively through telehealth. My approach is rooted in empathy and a strong commitment to aiding others, driven by an unyielding passion for personal development. Specializing in supporting young adult women, I focus on various challenges including codependency, anxiety, ADHD, depression, panic attacks, life transitions, relationship strains, college planning, school-related issues, self-esteem, body image, family of origin, and attachment. I've just finished intensive training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) at the Polaris Insight Center, equipping me to provide guidance in the preparation and integration phases of Ketamine treatment. My practice revolves around employing a diverse range of personalized treatment modalities, ensuring approaches that align with your unique needs. If you're new to the world of therapy or Reiki, it's completely normal to feel hesitant about taking the first step and reaching out for support. Navigating life's challenges alone can feel overwhelming. I truly believe in the transformative power of therapy and holistic healing, and invite you to reach out to me for support.

At Patch Counseling, we specialize in working with students and young adults who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and the pressure to constantly achieve. While these patterns often begin as strengths, they can eventually lead to stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and difficulty maintaining balance. We provide a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-compassion, establish boundaries, and build confidence in their own voice. Our approach combines evidence-based skills with mindfulness and practical tools to help clients manage stress, maintain motivation, and create a more sustainable path toward their goals.
