Tyania Pugh
Hi! My name is Tyania (ty-an-nuh) and I am a Black, queer, cisgender licensed therapist (LCMHCA) offering individual therapy at Healing Arts Collaborative in Durham, NC. My approach is rooted in the idea that profound healing occurs in the context of relationships. Our lives are dictated by the relationships that we do or don’t have, and a large part of how we discover ourselves is through reflection and feedback - being seen and understood by another. Being your authentic self can be challenging for many reasons, which is why I strive to make our time together a place of refuge where you can be your true self (or have the space to figure out who your true self is).
