I am a LICSW with over fifteen years of experience where I collaborate with clients to discover a resiliency within themselves. My most rewarding experiences have been with young adults who may be just beginning or those returning to college and managing the challenges that arise.
I work with individuals who may experience a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, adjusting to life transitions and those impacted by trauma and systems of oppression.
I bring warmth, compassion and sometimes humor to our conversations and enjoy working with individuals who are interested in understanding more about themselves and how they move through the world.
