Planting the Seed Inc. is dedicated to fostering self-healing, wellness, and wholeness within our community. We offer therapy, education, support, and advocacy to uplift and empower individuals, with a special focus on underserved populations. Our mission is to enrich lives by providing comprehensive counseling services, holistic practices, and support. We also work closely with other mental health professionals to expand these services across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
