Jasmine Terry
Are you constantly worrying, feeling nervous and stressed? Let’s work together to lower your anxiety and improve your confidence to accomplish your goals. You can live the intentional life that you desire and I hope in therapy to provide you with a safe space to work through life’s challenges. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I want to partner with you to build a strong foundation to become your best and highest form of self.
My practice is person-centered and strengths based focusing on the individual as a whole. I incorporate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills into sessions to assist clients in managing unhelpful thought patterns and difficult emotions. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are looking to make changes in their lives and begin seeing results.
Oftentimes, there are complex concerns that overwhelm us, such as childhood experiences, traumatic events, life transitions, cultural norms, societal expectations, and so much more that we may not have control over. These all may have a unique impact upon your life and who you are today, but it does not have to be your forever. I want to provide a healing space for you to process these areas of concern in your life and work towards where you want to be.
You deserve to feel heard and supported and I hope we can work together to provide you with that care. I am accepting new clients and offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
