College and graduate school bring a mix of fun and challenge. Being away from family & friends, managing stress and anxiety, relationship struggles, and figuring out where to go with your life can be a lot to navigate on your own. Since 2019, I have worked with students to help them navigate these and other challenges they encounter. My clients find me to be genuine and calm, offering practical skills/tools and a safe place to process thoughts and feelings. I strive to help my clients live rich and meaningful lives and have healthy relationships along the way.
