Navigating college life can be stressful, especially when mental health challenges arise. I specialize in helping students manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and other concerns that can impact their academic and personal lives. Whether you’re struggling to keep up with responsibilities, manage relationships, or simply feel like yourself again, I’m here to help you develop tools that make a difference.

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I bring experience from outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and community mental health settings. I’ve supported individuals through some of their toughest times, and I understand how important it is to feel heard and understood. My training includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The City College of New York, along with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University School of Nursing.

I tailor care to your unique needs, blending CBT, mindfulness, and supportive therapy techniques. Together, we’ll focus on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and building strategies to handle stress effectively. Using a trauma-informed lens, I ensure our work respects and honors your personal experiences.

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and seeking help is a powerful step toward feeling better. Whether you’re dealing with specific symptoms or simply need a space to talk, my goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can explore what’s on your mind.

If you’re ready to improve your mental health and build skills for the future, let’s take that step together.
