We are a caring practice that offers individual, couple and family psychotherapy to help with emotional issues and mental distress. Focusing on transitions, adjustments and changes that cause stress are part of the issues we can help and support with.
Personal difficulties are understood as part of a broader social and cultural environment. Our approach is interdisciplinary and integrates psychological counseling with creative expressions.
