College can be exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. You might be stressed, lonely, or unsure how to manage all the changes and expectations. Feeling anxious, stuck, or discouraged can be frustrating and isolating—but you can figure this out, and I’m here to help.
I work with college students who are motivated to better understand themselves and learn new ways to cope. Common concerns I help with include stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and adjusting to college life. I also provide CBT-I for sleep issues, since poor sleep often makes anxiety and mood symptoms (not to mention coursework) harder to manage.
