Hey!

College and transitions can be an exciting, challenging, and sometimes overwhelming journey. Whether you're dealing with stress from classes, navigating relationships, figuring out your identity, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to support you. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and flexible—I meet you where you are, without judgment.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, expressive arts, and anti-oppressive practices. I love using creative methods like art, music, and movement to help process thoughts and feelings--if you have a way you express or ground yourself, or if you're open to trying on something new we'd probably be a good fit! Whether you prefer talking it out or expressing yourself through creative means, we’ll find what works best for you.

As a queer- and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where you can be your authentic self. You don't have to go through this alone—let’s work together to find ways to cope, grow, and thrive.

Reach out if you’re ready to take that next step. I’d love to connect!
