Relationships are hard—especially the one we have with ourselves.

I'm a therapist passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food, body, and family. Whether you're stuck in the binge/restrict cycle, navigating body shame, or feeling the weight of complicated (or estranged) family dynamics—you’re not alone.

I specialize in body image, disordered eating, and family estrangement, working from a self-compassionate, insight-building approach that helps you move forward with greater clarity and care for yourself. My goal is to create a space where we can be curious—not critical—and begin to make room for healing.

I've been working as a therapist since 2020 in both school and private practice settings. Along the way, I’ve completed advanced trainings in Trauma-Informed Therapy, Eating Disorders, Addictive Eating, and Body Shame.

Let’s reconnect with your body, your voice, and your sense of self—one compassionate step at a time.
