Hi there! I’m a therapist supporting college students navigating stress, early life trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-worth, identity exploration, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are balancing academics, social pressures, dating, and personal growth, especially those looking to break free from cultural or familial expectations and reconnect with their true selves.
In a culture that often feels disconnected and overly focused on productivity and external validation, I’m passionate about helping you find meaningful connection with others and yourself and your work. I approach therapy in a trauma-informed, holistic way—creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences at your own pace. I integrate modalities such as somatic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, neuroscience, attachment-based work, and creative approaches, all tailored to what feels most supportive and resonant for you.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I run a wellness practice focused on helping individuals heal from stress, trauma, and burnout while cultivating deeper connection to themselves and others.
My path includes 12+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced start-up culture and emotional intelligence coaching. I believe healing is not about fixing, but remembering who you are.
